Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.

General Policies
By registering for this event you acknowledge that the images may be used, without limitations, in print publications, online publications, websites and on social media. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs taken of me.

The VFW Auxiliary shall not be responsible for any injuries or losses sustained by you during activity Support A Vet, Save A Pet 5K. Additionally, you agree to be held solely responsible if any negligence, willful misconduct, or disregard for the rules of Support A Vet, Save A Pet 5K leads to damage to others or others property.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (VFW Auxiliary Post 8797). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
